What you see is what you get.This hotel is super clean,bed was super comfy!They also replace the towels and robes everyday.Even you put the sign dont disturb,they will just leave the towel set,plastic for trash in your doorknob. Also, what I like the most is,it's super duper close to the train station,the nearest is 1 min away from the entrance and you can even it see while you are exiting at the hotel.This station is called Kishinosato-Tamade under Nankai Line,there's also another station which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel called Tamade Station.7eleven is just next to this hotel as well and 2 minute walk from Tamade grocery store which we normally buy our lunch or dinner and snacks.Good thing also here is that they have laundry area where you can just set it up and leave your clothes with password so nobody can open it even you decided to pick it up after your day trip schedule.Exchange currency machine is just in the reception area which I think not bad for the rate.Pantry is also nice and clean where you can have a coffee (free) or have your meals there.Wifi was super good too!

Washer and dryer is available so it is alright if you need to wash clothes during your trip. Breakfast meal is not available, but they offer free coffee and some bread in limited quantity. There is a common area for eating so you can buy food outside and eat it there. There are also a lot of food choices at walking distance from the hotel. The bed is nice and comfortable and we can see the sunset from our window. The room is a bit bare in terms of decor but it is bigger than other hotels of similar price. The staff are helpful and tried their best to accommodate your request. It is not as near to sightseeing spots, but it is easily accessible. The train station is within walking distance and Nishi-Umeda station is just one ride. Airport is also easily accessible as well.

The staff and rooms were outstanding! The rooms are a bit bigger than some hotels in Japan. It's definitely worth the value, location, and vibe. Approx. about 100ft from train station and 711 is right next door, open 24hrs. My wife and I used the station to get to Osaka station to travel to Kyoto, Hiroshima, Hemji Castle, and few other hard to reach places. This hotel also has laundry service (no detergent needed)....the machines can wash and dry clothes at the same time depending on what service you want. Very cheap, clean, and convenient.

The location is superb, near to the Tamade Station of the Nankai Line, having a 24/7 operating 7-eleven just a few feet away. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and recommend preparing Google translate while communicating with them, they are most likely to talk in Japanese. They're having a 24/7 operating cafe/rest area for you to sit and eat, provided with the free flow tea/coffee/water, and also microwave. They also have laundry service, which you can save your luggage to buy more in Osaka.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Osaka. The location is also excellent as there are 2 metro stations nearby. There are quite a few eateries and convenience stores nearby. There are some staff who speak English (very little) and some who don't. Despite this, communication was pretty easy (Use Google translator if you need it) and they were always eager to help.
